I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic alliance and work collaboratively with clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). Drawing from my background in journalism, I also use Narrative Therapy to help individuals and couples "rewrite" their stories, separating their struggles from their identity, and embracing their inner strength and resilience.
